2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or damaged upon delivery:

• Opened or used household products

• Personal care or hygiene-related items

• Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)

• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect or different from what was ordered

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

• Replacement of the item

• Full refund

• Store credit (where applicable)

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

6. Return Collection & Shipping

• For eligible returns, Dawerr Mart may arrange a collection or provide return instructions.

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return request and subject to this policy.

8. Right to Refuse Returns
